Rare occasion… someone interviewed ME! (it’s mostly tech stuff.) Adam Silver’s presentation was fantastic and had the pieces I was missing for a sustainable podcast workflow. Already in the process of implementing. I’d only been at WordCamp for 6 hours at the time of this interview but you can already hear how jazzed I am about what I’d learned so far. As a long time WordPress user and content creator I hadn’t for some reason attended a WordCamp – WOW, I have been missing out big time. Still unpacking all the info and implementing it all as fast as I possibly can!

Interview with UK Fitness Pro, Nigel Wills, PCC, WSWCF

Recently had the chance to talk with PCC Instructor, Nigel Wills. He originally certified at the PCC in Newcastle, England three years ago. It was fun to reconnect considering I was instructing at that workshop! Nigel has gone on to open his own calisthenics-focused private gym/studio, Cali-Club to great success. He has also gone on to become one of only TWO (the other is his workout partner and business associate, Danny) World Street Workout C Federation certified instructors in the UK. Only 80 people worldwide are WSWCF instructors… find out how Nigel has come to such success, even though athletics did not interest him in the slightest as a kid!
